Cancellation Policy

At Royalland Tours, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties involved. Please review the following policy: 
 
1. Notification of Cancellation:
o Clients must notify us of their intention to cancel in writing via email or official correspondence.
 
2. Cancellation Fees:
o The following cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
â–ª More than 60 days prior to departure: 10% of total trip cost
â–ª 30-60 days prior to departure: 15% of total trip cost
â–ª 15-30 days prior to departure: 20% of total trip cost
â–ª Less than 15 days prior to departure: 25% of total trip cost
 
3. Refunds:
o Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation notification.
 
4. Exceptions:
o In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider waiving or reducing cancellation
fees. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis.
 
5. Unused Services:
o No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of the trip.
 
6. No-Show or Late Arrival:
o No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
 
7. Voluntary Changes:
o Clients who voluntarily choose to make changes to their itinerary after the trip has commenced will not be eligible for refunds.
 
8. Force Majeure:
o In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip. In such cases, refunds will be provided based on the circumstances and expenses incurred.
 
9. Insurance:
o We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or disruptions.
 
10. Policy Revisions:
o We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
