Terms & Conditions

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By booking a tour with Royalland Tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

**2. Booking and Payment**

2.1. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, as indicated in your booking confirmation. A deposit of $300 or 20% of the total cost of tour per an individual is required upon booking to secure your reservation.

**Payment Schedule**

2.1.1. The remaining balance must be paid in installments before 3 months prior to the tour dates.

Clients have the option to spread the remaining amount over monthly installments, with the final payment due no later than 3 months before the start of the tour.


2.2. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Please refer to your booking confirmation for payment instructions.

**3. Cancellation and Refunds**

3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@royallandtours.com. The following cancellation policy applies:

– Cancellation made 40 days or more before the tour date: 70% refund.

– Cancellation made less than 10 days before the tour date: No refund.

3.2. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused portions of a tour.

**4. Tour Changes and Cancellations**

4.1. Royalland Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.

**5. Participant Requirements**

5.1. Participants are required to meet any physical or health requirements specified for a particular tour. Please contact us in advance if you have any concerns about your ability to meet these requirements.

**6. Liability**

6.1. Royalland Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their belongings during the tour, except where such loss, injury, or damage is the result of our negligence.

**7. Travel Insurance**

7.1. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

**8. Photography and Marketing**

8.1. Royalland Tours reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by participants.

**9. Privacy Policy**

9.1. We collect and store personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By booking a tour with us, you consent to the use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

**10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic Ghana. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ghana.

**11. Changes to Terms**

11.1. Royalland Tours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
