Most people come to Africa once and see one country. This is the journey for the traveller who wants the whole argument in one trip: where the diaspora left from, where the oldest African civilisation built in stone, where humanity itself began, and where the last colonial system fell.
Accra, Cape Coast Castle and Elmina. The Door of No Return, walked in the direction your ancestors could not.
Giza, the Great Pyramid and the Egyptian Museum. Kemet taught as African history by Egyptologists who work with diaspora groups.
The Rift Valley, the Nairobi National Museum and the hominid collection, and two nights in the Maasai Mara.
Robben Island with a former political prisoner, the Apartheid Museum, and Soweto on foot. The journey ends where the last of it was beaten.
Small group, maximum 16 travellers. All four internal international flights are handled by us and included. One tour manager travels with the group for the full sixteen days, with specialist local guides in each country. This is our flagship and it runs once a year.
Included: all inter-country flights, 15 nights 4–5 star accommodation and safari lodge, daily breakfast and 12 dinners, all entrances and park fees, Robben Island ferry, Maasai Mara game drives, tour manager throughout, all transfers.
Not included: international flights to Accra and home from Johannesburg, visas, insurance, gratuities.
