On your first day, you will arrive in Tamale, the largest city in northern Ghana. You will be met by your tour guide, who will take you to your hotel to freshen up and have breakfast. After breakfast, you will head out to explore Tamale's bustling markets, where you can sample local foods and see artisans at work. You will also visit the Tamale Cultural Centre, where you can learn about the history and traditions of the people of northern Ghana. In the afternoon, you will travel to Mole National Park, the largest wildlife park in Ghana. You will have the opportunity to see elephants, antelopes, warthogs, and other animals as you explore the park on foot or by car. You will stay overnight in a lodge or tented camp within the park, where you can listen to the sounds of the African night.
On your second day, you will visit the historic Larabanga Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in West Africa.
