Upon arrival at 10 am, you'll be greeted by a representative who will assist you in transferring to the domestic airport right after your clearance. From there, you'll set out on an amazing flight to Nanyuki in a small aircraft, embarking on a roughly 2-hour journey. As you soar towards the Laikipia Plateau, awe-inspiring views that open up below you will captivate you. Upon landing, you will then be ushered into your hotel, Loisaba Tented Camp, where you can relax and converse with your tour guide about the journey ahead. Take a full rest to prepare for the adventures awaiting you the next day.

Day 2 - 3: Immersive Laikipia Adventure: Walking Safaris and Riverside Retreats

After a filling breakfast at Loisaba Tented Camp, you start your two full days of exciting activities around Laikipia. Accompanied by camels and led by Samburu and Turkana walking guides You'll set out on an amazing walking safari. Walking safaris are rare in Kenya, but Laikipia is one of the few places you may experience one. Rather than riding a car, you explore the land with a camel, which gives you quite different views. Areas that are inaccessible by traditional means can be reached with this mode of transportation. Day 7: Elephant Sanctuary

After morning breakfast and spending your last night in your hotel, before departing for home, you can indulge in continued game drives and black rhino tracking within the sanctuary. Additionally, you have the opportunity to visit the Reteti Elephant Orphanage, dedicated to providing protection and care for orphaned and abandoned elephant calves, with the ultimate goal of releasing them back into the wild. Make sure not to miss a visit to Fifty Wells, locally known as "Kisima Hamsini," comprising a series of 50 springs where local pastoralists bring their livestock to water.
